Is it possible to use CR.CONTACT.LOG application when there is "No" CUSTOMER exists?

What is the period for which records in CR.CONTACT.LOG will be kept? We have a requirement to keep a record in CR.CONTACT.LOG for 10 years, Maybe the customer will have 100000 records in 1 year(In 10 years it will be 100000*100 records), is this possible?

When we run the composite screen CORP.CUSTOMER.SCV we get the error "Error message MISSING COMPOSITE SCREEN PARAMETER"
