CSV generated with quotes for negative values when generated via old Browser.

 

Export enquiry to CSV file. After exported, opening it in the Excel program, we found the Chinese of CSV is not displayed properly.If we add some BOM characters(0xEF 0xBB 0xBF)at beginning of CSV file, the Excel can display Chinese characters of CSV file
