Partner Engagement
External partners must adhere to the same community guidelines and knowledge-sharing policy as internal Temenos users. This includes maintaining a respectful and professional tone, respecting privacy, and avoiding offensive or harmful content.
Partners should primarily contribute to knowledge sharing and discussions in a non-promotional manner. While they can reference their products or services when relevant, they should not engage in overt advertising or spamming.
Collaboration Among Competing Partners
We understand that our partner network comprises both collaborators and competitors in the field. While it’s natural to have reservations about sharing knowledge in the presence of competitors, we believe that collective knowledge sharing can benefit everyone involved. Here are some key points to consider:
- Shared Learning: By participating in knowledge sharing alongside your competitors, you have the opportunity to gain insights, ideas, and strategies that you might not have encountered otherwise. It’s a chance to learn and adapt based on the best practices and innovations from the industry.
- Collective Growth: The success of the entire partner network can lead to mutual growth. As the community collectively enhances its knowledge and skills, it can elevate the reputation of all partners, creating a more competitive and valuable ecosystem.
- Balanced Sharing: While open sharing is encouraged, we respect the need to protect your unique strategies and intellectual property. You can choose the level of detail to share, ensuring a balance between contributing to the community and safeguarding your competitive edge.
- Collaborative Opportunities: Sharing knowledge can lead to potential collaborations and business opportunities within the network. It can open doors to partnerships, co-development, or joint ventures that may not have been possible in isolation.
We encourage our partner network to view the presence of competitors as an opportunity for collective growth, innovation, and collaboration. Your contributions can help shape the knowledge-sharing environment and create a thriving community. By sharing your expertise, you contribute to the overall success of the platform and your own business objectives.
Remember that it’s possible to share knowledge while protecting sensitive or proprietary information, striking a balance that benefits both the community and your individual competitive interests.
